Puan Nahidah binti Usman was appointed as a board member of MDV on 18 December 2019. She serves as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of MDV.
She is the Head of Finance and Investment, Government Investment Companies Division, Ministry of Finance (MOF). She also currently sits on the board of Syarikat Tanah dan Harta Sdn Bhd.
She started her career in 2001 as the Assistant Secretary of the Human Resource Division at the MOF. In 2006, she continued to serve in the same capacity at the Government Procurement Division, MOF, before being promoted as the Principal Assistant Secretary within the same division prior to pursuing her master’s degree in 2010. She then returned to the civil service in 2012 as the Principal Assistant Director of the Public Private Partnership Unit (UKAS) at the Prime Minister’s Department, before eventually being appointed as the Director of Health & Education of UKAS until April 2019.
She returned to the MOF in May 2019 as the Head of Finance and Investment for the Government Investment Companies Division.
Puan Nahidah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Economics (Human Resource) from the National University of Malaysia. She also earned a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration.
