Norazian Mat Yusup is currently the Vice President of the Internal Audit Department, where she provides independent and objective assurance to the Board Audit Committee, ensuring that MDV’s governance, compliance, risk management, and internal control processes operate effectively.
She brings over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, having served in various roles at Bank Industri dan Teknologi Malaysia Berhad (BITMB), EON Bank Berhad and Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad. Her expertise covers credit assessments, special reviews, internal investigations and Shariah audit.
Norazian holds an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, recognised as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor for Financial Institutions (CIAFIN) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM).
