Syarifah Syaniza Syed Khairuldin is the Senior Vice President, Human Capital at Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad (MDV). She is responsible for leading the Company’s human capital function, encompassing organisational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, total rewards, organisational development, and human capital strategies that support MDV’s business objectives.
Syarifah Syaniza brings over 22 years of experience in human capital management across government-linked companies and the financial services sector. Prior to joining MDV, she served as Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Rewards at Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC). She also held various leadership positions at Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (formerly Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd), Securities Commission Malaysia, and Amanah Raya Berhad, where she spearheaded key initiatives in organisational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce optimisation, performance management, and enterprise-wide human capital transformation.
Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in driving organisational effectiveness, enhancing employee value propositions, strengthening leadership pipelines and aligning human capital strategies with business priorities.
Syarifah Syaniza holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ballarat, Australia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
