Adrian is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MDV, overseeing MDV’s financial management and operations of the Company. He also oversees the administration and monitoring of MDV’s financing portfolio as well as heads the asset management (rehabilitation & recovery) team.
He joined MDV as Financial Controller and also served as Company Secretary before being promoted to the post of Chief Risk Officer.
He was previously the Finance Manager and Company Secretary of Rediffusion Berhad (RB) and was responsible for the financial management and compliance matters of the Rediffusion Group.
Prior to this, he specialised in the area of audit, risk and compliance in Deloitte KassimChan, one of the big four international accounting firms.
He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
