Bank Negara Malaysia in 2019 was reported to stipulate that houses in Malaysia are considered “seriously unaffordable”. This contributes to the growing trend for house renting, amidst the growing disparity between income and house prices. This is the contributory factor for Speedhome’s growth trajectory – as more turn to house renting than buying properties for better individual financial management.
