Himran is the Head Human Capital. He is a productive, dedicated, and competent leader with more than 26 years of experience, including more than 19 years managing and administering the whole spectrum of Human Resources and Administration.
He spent 16 years with Pos Malaysia Berhad, his latest post being Group Head Human Capital, where he was accountable to manage eight In-house Unions and two National Unions in addition to the vast number of employees and subsidiaries.
As Head of Human Capital, he is responsible for setting the human capital direction and strategy of the Group, in alignment with the Group’s overall strategy and priorities.
Previously, he was one of DRB Hicom Berhad secondee who was later transferred to Konsortium Logistik Berhad as Head Human Capital and Administration, which is now known as Pos Logistics Berhad and following that, he joined RII Holdings Sdn Bhd and was assigned to PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa, also known as Pandu Logistics, in Jakarta, Indonesia. He returned to Malaysia during the pandemic.
