JKH Contract Financing has been made fast, convenient and cost effective

JKH Contractors may apply for MDV JKH Contractor Financing to buy the equipment and hardware needed. JKH Contractors may also apply for working capital financing to pay for service providers, salaries and other qualifying expenditures.

Eligible JKH Contractors may apply for Islamic financing and/or revolving financing facilities up to RM5 million at Prescribed Rates of 6.75% per annum on daily rest and flexible payment terms, based on Murabahah or Commodity Murabahah principles. No Commitment or Application Fees are charged.

Approval within 7 days of application.

MDV Eligibility Requirements

• JKH Contractor of Good Standing (Current JKH Certification)
• Locally Incorporated Sdn Bhd or Berhad
• 3 years Operating Track Record
