Term & Conditions

  1. This Online Survey is open to all Malaysian residents, Permanent Residents and Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) aged 18 and above except for employees of MDV and their immediate family members.
  2. By participating in the Online Survey, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the survey and agree that decisions made by Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad (“MDV“) are final and conclusive. No queries whatsoever will be entertained.
  3. How to Participate:
    1. The Online Survey’s duration is from every 1st of each month until the 30th day of the month, both days included.
    2. The Online Survey can be accessed via www.mdv.com.my
    3. To take part in the Online Survey, participants need to answer all questions posted on the survey section and to also provide participants’ complete details. An important reminder to all participants that you are required to click ‘like’ at the MDV’s facebook page (www.facebook.com/malaysiadebtventures) prior of taking the online survey.
    4. Selection of Lucky Draw Winners: A chance to win the lucky draw prizes will be allocated to every 20th eligible participant who participated in the MDV Online Survey. The prizes are limited to 4 lucky draws per month, the winners are determined only after they have ‘liked’ the MDV’s facebook page, answered all questions posted on the survey section and completed participant’s details.
    5. Each participant will only be entitled with one chance of winning the lucky draw prizes regardless of the number of Online Survey entries submitted to MDV..
  4. The four (4) lucky draw winners will be announced each month. Winners will be contacted via email. Winners must confirm receipt of the email notification of their win from MDV by replying via email to the same MDV address or as notified by MDV within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the email notification.
  5. Upon receiving the requisite confirmation from the winner, MDV will issue an official letter of award for winning the lucky draw to the winner.
  6. In the event that the notified winner does not revert to MDV within the stipulated time period, MDV reserves the right to withdraw the prizes from the winner without any further notification to the winner.
  7. In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of MDV, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative will be required to present written authorisation letter from the winner and photographic identification of both the winner and their representative.
  8. The winner hereby agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of MDV relating to the Lucky Draw and agrees that MDV may publicise the name and/or photograph of each winner in such mode and manner as MDV considers fit.
  9. MDV makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.
  10. MDV reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the lucky draw without any prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by MDV of the lucky draw shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against MDV for any and all losses or damages which may be suffered or incurred by the participant as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  11. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  12. MDV shall not be liable for any disruption to the contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption to the contest, reasonable effort shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the contest on a fair and equitable basis to the participants.
  13. MDV reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice. These terms and conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the contest.
  14. All prizes cannot be exchanged in full, or partially for cash or other equivalents.
  15. MDV reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  16. MDV‘s decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained
