Nazli Abdul Hamid, Vice President, Credit Management Division

Nazli Abdul Hamid is the Vice President, Credit Management Division of Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad (MDV). The division assumes the role of post approval loan administration and credit quality management functions, whilst committing to ensure high service standards in loan delivery and process turnaround time in line with the fast moving ICT industry.

Prior to joining MDV, Nazli had served about 15 years in the financial services industry. His latest position was as the Head of Loan & Private Debt Securities Administration at Aseambankers. He began his career as a hire-purchase Officer at Mayban Finance Berhad in 1989 and later moved to Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad as a branch Head of Credit in 1990, before joining Aseambankers in 1995. Throughout his career, Nazli has had experience in various areas of banking which includes credit, risk management, loan recovery, administration and operations. He had a stint at Maybank in 2000 involved in a special project that successfully developed and implemented the Maybank group credit risk rating system.

Nazli obtained his B. Sc. Finance degree from Northern Illinois University, USA in 1988.
