Hanim Kassim, Head, Human Resources

Hanim Kassim is the Head of Human Resource at Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad (MDV). She is responsible for all the Department’s related initiatives and activities in Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Organisational Development and Staff Welfare.

Hanim has gathered more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resource. She started her career as a Human Resource Executive in 1994 with Tenggara Capital Berhad. Prior to that, she was a Research Officer in Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER) for 3 years. After Tenggara and before joining MDV, she was with Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn Bhd, also in the Human Resource field.

Hanim obtained her Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) degree from La Trobe University, Australia. She also holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations.
