Engku Husain Hazmi Engku Embong, Vice President, Credit Management

Engku Husain is the Vice President, Credit Management Division of Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad (MDV). The division assumes the role of effective portfolio supervision and monitoring in supporting the growth of ICT, Biotechnology and other emerging technology sectors, as being mandated to MDV.

He has been in the banking sector for the past 25 years with the last 14 years in the senior management positions managing marketing, credit evaluation, monitoring and recovery for domestic and cross border project financing including commodity, infrastructure, property, shipping, oil and gas, construction, engineering, ICT and trading. Engku Husain has had the benefits of working exposure in various aspects of banking business and project ventures from trade finance, corporate and commercial to retail operations.
Engku Husain obtained his B.Econ (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1985.
